Item was in good shape, all items seemed to be present. It worked as new. Item description was somewhat misleading as it states "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging " However elsewhere in fine print it stated box was missing. No instructions with item. Name of seller is TheOpenBox, So../ Price was good as should be. Item shipped quickly in old flimsy Amazon box with paper packing. A miracle glass items were not broken. Overall satisfied with purchase.

Item was as described and shipped quickly. I hooked it up and it worked great but now no one can hear us on the other end on two of the 3 handsets. I can't imagine the seller knew this as it worked fine the first few days. We called Panasonic to troubleshoot and were told this was most likely a store return and this has been known to happen on this model. Not super happy about the loss of that much money but it's a risk you take with electronic products.
