    The rug arrived promptly very well packaged but easy to unpack. Laid it out straight away and it's laying almost perfectly flat already. The colours are exactly as pictured on the eBay post . I am very pleased with the rug and thought the price was amazing for this quality product. Will definitely buy from this seller again and recommend them to others.

    I have returned this rug by a courier shaggyrugs sent. I have not been refunded, I bought one for £84 this one I returned, I ordered a smaller rug £39 which was delivered on the same day as the large one was returned.. Guess which one they have refunded me for? Yes the smaller one which is sat on my living room floor. This company is a total nightmare to deal with, claim to be UK based (maybe the rugs are) but they are in China or somewhere. Like getting blood out of a stone dealing with them!
