I messaged them with a picture and the very next early afternoon I receive a parcel with a prince charges stamp on it with my 5 25g packs! Delivery on time
I ordered 1000 large bags 11x17x21 and 500 xl bags 13x19x23 at 2 different prices . I received 1500 large bags 11x17x21 and the xl bags at almost double the price were not delivered .
I contacted the seller direct about the mistake made and left my details, but they did not reply to my email. A simple mistake and easily resolved. BUT they have to reply to emails also the phone number provided does not exist .
