Therefore, that package "had" been opened. Part was as described and exactly what I wanted. Price point was on par to others.

    New old stock just as described. This valve is going to be used to replace a valve that is obsolete, so the seller gave me measurements of the valve before I purchased it. A big thanks to him for that. The price was great. It was well padded and packaged for shipment and arrived pretty quickly. Overall, a good purchasing experience.
