    Very good transaction. The sign of a good Seller is how they react to problems with the order. While the Seller delivered the order to the US Post Office on-time, the USPS lost the package(!). Once I notified the Seller and shared tracking information, the Seller quickly sent out a replacement. That is an example of a good Seller! I cannot hold the Seller responsible for the Shipper losing the package, yet I can commend the Seller for responding very quickly. Excellent! Good quality and value.

In my case I'll order another type due to a compatibility mismatch, but failing to check model to remote compatibility was my mistake, not the vendor's - the vendor was utterly excellent. For others with a Hisense display I recommend some research to insure model compatibility before ordering a replacement remote. Again, terrific vendor in every respect!
