Appalling seller. I purchased a backpack at same time as purchasing this bag. The backpack was faulty from the start with cup holders that wouldn't fit bottles. Then the hanging hook broke after only a few days use my little girl came home in floods of tears. I attempted to contact the seller. They ignored all messages so I had to ask eBay to step in I was requested to return the item I returned to the seller but they then refused to give me a full refund and I had to get eBay to step in
