  USPS took an extra week getting the package delivered. When I reached out to the seller, they were willing to accommodate and make things right, even when it wasn't their error.   Item was as pictured and the quality is great and in perfect condition. It looks great on my shoes. The seller was awesome, I ordered the item and after a few weeks it had not arrived, I let the seller know and the responded quickly. I contacted the local post office and after a week still nothing, contacted the seller and they sent me another one even though it was lost by the US postal service. I understood it was not the sellers fault but they still made it right. A++ service!!!!
