    Not happy with this purchase! I ordered on 12th September now 19th and still hasn't arrived, no tracking number provided either, messaged the seller and was told it's probably an issue with the Royal mail?? will be opening a dispute to resolve this issue. l would not recommend this seller.

    YA121192887GB Tracking number: item ordered over the weekend of the 13th Sep & dispatched Monday via RM 48 hr tracked. Buyer contacted us 18th asking if we had dispatched the item - we sent tracking verifying dispatch. As of 20th Tracking states: We normally expect to deliver to your address between 9:55am - 12:55pm Your Item was received by Letchworth DO on 20-09-2025 We of course apologies on behalf of RM for the delay Not sure why you've resorted to leaving misleading feedback?
