  This seller is a real professional. I didn't receive the item because USPS didn't deliver it although the seller had tracking. I went to the USPS in person and also phoned them several times. They couldn't find the package. Anyway, the seller was gracious and refunded my money. I am sorry this happened as they sent the item out in good faith. Thank you for being an upstanding business.   So glad I found this beautiful pitcher, it’s perfect. My box arrived in very good condition and seller packed the pitcher against the skills of the post, seller won!
