This is my second of these plants and maybe I was spoilt the first time around, but I am disappointed. This root is considerably smaller and I wouldn't describe it as xxxl. But it is very healthy looking and well packaged. I am very aware of the uncertainty of producing plants but as it only arrived today a little more communication would have helped. I awarded all 5 stars last time but feel let down Sorry.

Arrived quite battered in box compost to one side and can’t say it looks the best acer I’ve seen but time will tell hence why not giving positive review. I had to message nearly 2 weeks after purchase to ask where my tree was and suddenly within 24 hours it’s posted so not sure if this is why it’s not a healthy looking tree and all slightly rushed through but time will tell I hope it’s going to look like the pictures actually listed but not impressed with communication as wasn’t any
