  It was a used item (I assume because it was not in original package), but it was well packaged, shipping took 9 days which is longer than normal in my experience, it was very clean, all parts were there and it fits fine. No instructions included but a simple search and I found a video. The headset feels so much better than the original, it distributes the weigh from just the front to also on back of head... but each person is different. My experience with vendor is great and will buy again.
