  The roller banners pole was broken when arrived, I spoke to the company they basically didn’t care. Will not order from these again

  customer broke the pole that holds the item up then demanded we replace FOC we offered a new pole they refused for no reason we sent 9 messages trying to help the customer so I dont know where the customer thinks we didn't care to the customer (please take responsibility in your actions on using the item and the breakage will not happen)
