    The soup bowls I bought were beautiful!! I was elated with my purchase. The bowls were packaged well and arrived sooner than I expected. The seller I communicated with was very personable. I would definitely buy from this seller again. I wish shipping didn't cost so much, it was almost three times the cost of the bowls, but that's not the fault of the seller.

    Very well packaged and in excellent quality and condition. However, the item was described as a trio but when the item arrived the package only contained a plate and saucer but no cup.

    Please could you re-check the packaging? Two of us checked the box and all three pieces were definitely packed. The cup would have been in a separate small box that you might have missed when unpacking. Kind regards,
