    The webbing product is fine but the service and response from the vendor (The Ratchet Warehouse) is very poor. The product arrived late and should have been free delivery but according to the Royal Mail the postage paid by the vendor was insufficient and I had to pay £3.10 before the RM would deliver. I contacted the vendor explaining the problem and asked them to credit my account with the £3.10. I waited a week but have not had any response from them hence this negative feedback.
