- e***7 (185)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseNo fault of the seller, but this item was shipped FedEx and FedEx lost this package delivering it to the incorrect address. Luckily it was someone who was honest. They delivered the package to my home, doing FedEx job first them. Otherwise the seller did an excellent job with packaging the item. It arrived safely, in good working order.

- l***e (98)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseItem brand new and shipped in a secure packaging. Great value
- w***a (465)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI advise against using this seller as they're only a reseller and not actually Razer. They're not domestic and take forever to respond. They sent me the wrong mouse dock and so I purchased the correct dock at Microcenter. They're now claiming because I have the same SKU registered to my account that I received the correct dock from them. Why would I purchase two docks, only register the Microcenter dock (with matching serial) and contact them with an issue vs just returning the item? Low IQ scam
