  The Real Camera Co. have provided exceptional care, going above and beyond to help us choose, understand and setup the Durst Enlarger we bought from them. The item works perfectly, was as described, perfectly packaged, and shipping was excellent, arriving next day super fast. As the enlarger was something we'd not used before, they helped us through setup with ongoing replies after we received the item, and were very generous with their time and support.   Item as described and at a good price, dispatched quickly. Packaging probably needed to be more robust, box was crushed and part open at delivery (assume courier) but there was sufficient padding so item was undamaged. Unlucky with courier this time perhaps, otherwise all fine.
