    Came as described. However, I was a little bummed out with how the packaging was. I ordered a Build-A-Bear and they just stuffed it in a Small plastic package that was basically folded and stuffed into the plastic. Which did cause a little bit of a bend in the Build-A-Bear, but other than that everything was perfect

    Not perfect: shipped overseas in a plastic bag BUT the figure arrived in decent condition (with only minor bends on the cardboard). Overall acceptable experience! I'd recommend the seller. They have low prices and good merchandise but with the lone caveat that your item may be shipped that way.
