It was very well packaged, although it arrived a working day later than anticipated- presumably to enable that extra packaging. So, not a problem.     Absolutely blown away by the Customer service! They even contacted me to confirm that I had checked the size of my uke against their provided dimensions for the case, as not everyone scrolls down the page to see them. Properly packed, the case arrived earlier than expected, and is of superior quality, well able to safeguard my beloved ukulele. I have shopped with the seller before, and will certainly shop with them again Thank you RUMC staff, a great service. If only all sellers were this good!
