    Great seller. Ran into a problem with the vacuum cleaner and I was straight away offered a free return and refund. In the end I wanted to keep it, so he agreed to a partial refund of £20 which I was happy with as the problem was intermittent and I couldn’t do without the vacuum as we have a hairy hound!! Thank you 🙏 so much for your excellent Customer Service. So refreshing and rare on eBay nowadays.
