    The chairs were as described but, unfortunately, they smelt. I discussed with Vicky by message and by phone. She explained that she had a cold and did not realise that they smelt and that, if she had known, she would not have sent them out. She readily offered to collect the chairs and give me a full refund. It may seem odd to categorise the experience as positive but it truly was. Vicky's no quibble attitude was very refreshing. I would buy from her again, without hesitation.
