    Great service and arrived as described, item did come damaged but they where quick to rectify it, damage wasn’t caused by the company, damage was cause by the postal company throwing the package around in transit. The item was packaged well with layers of bubble wrap etc, value of the item was very good aswell. I will definitely be purchasing from here again 100%, 5 stars from me 100%

    Ordered a new hose for my shark vacuum as mine had split. The part had been out of stock on the official shark website for a while so sourced a replacement here. The handle and hose was as described and pictured, good value for money, was packaged well, marked as fragile and arrived promptly with Royal Mail.
