Easy to order and Batteries arrived within specified time frame and well packaged. I ordered the 6Ah Batteries and 7Ah ones were supplied, for the price I am happy and they come with a 5 year warranty which is an added bonus which other suppliers don't give, giving myself peace of mind in case they faulted. Item arrived quickly and as described. Only thing I would mention is that I am not sure why you have ‘best offer’ on the listing. I made my offer of 49p less than the advertised price and it was totally ignored. As I needed the battery fast and I’d already wasted several days waiting for you to either decline or send me a counteroffer. In the end I bought at full price.
