I had fantastic service from this seller. I had lost a special brooch and wanted to replace it with something similar. I sent him a picture of my lost brooch and he confirmed that it looked similar but if I didn't like it I could return it and get a refund. When it arrived it was very securely wrapped and beautifully presented in an illuminated box. yes, it did match and I am keeping it.
