    I realised after i sent the message that it could be misconstrued but as a proof would be sent it wouldn't matter. No proof was actually sent and the wrong printing done. I did state that it wasn't the end of the world in a message but did expect a response. None came hence why neutral. As a small business owner I am trying to find other small businesses to support who are on the ball with communication, customer service and professionalism. No proofing= no further business.
