I realised after i sent the message that it could be misconstrued but as a proof would be sent it wouldn't matter. No proof was actually sent and the wrong printing done. I did state that it wasn't the end of the world in a message but did expect a response. None came hence why neutral. As a small business owner I am trying to find other small businesses to support who are on the ball with communication, customer service and professionalism. No proofing= no further business.

I have ordered labels from them for many years and have always been so happy with the printing, professionalism and quality. Recently I mistakenly used a different company (couldn't remember name of this seller) and their quality and printing was nowhere as good as this seller. Very happy with my purchase and will be purchasing more again soon😊 thankyou so much😊

The seller advised after I had placed the order that these actually come in sheets rather than on a roll (as shown in the pic) and kindly offered to send me 2000 instead of 1000 which I accepted. However on arrival the labels were not the stated size of 50x25mm, meaning the labels were too small and not suitable. The seller provided me with a refund for the order straight away which was much appreciated. Overall this transaction was a little disappointing but issues resolved amicably.
