I received single reeds taken from a larger pack rather than retail packaged single reeds. That wasn't a huge surprise given the photo and the price but it would have been good to be explicit in the description. The seller does provide a very cost efficient option though for players wanting to try a different reed before committing to purchasing a larger pack.

Good value product. Described as 'New', however the box had clearly been opened. Being a synthetic reed, it's possible that this reed had been used - I don't know. Despite this a good transaction give the price.

Hi, I just wanted to assure you that the reed is absolutely untouched. It was un-opened when I packed it so I'm a bit mistified how it appeared to have been opened but I have had a previous occurence when a Legere reed box had popped open in transit, from the supplier to me, but it is extremely rare. Your reed has definately not been out of its box or played by anyone. Thanks for your feedback though, Regards, Rob
