Seller clearly cares deeply about both articles she sells and customer satisfaction: book carefully wrapped in protective tissue paper then bubble wrap before being shipped (with Royal Mail tracking) with a really nice covering note in a waterproof eBay mailing bag. Carefully packaged and book was covered with a layer of bubble wrap which proved useful as the outer packaging got shredded during delivery and this extra wrapping prevented the book getting wet and damaged.
