    CLOTHES RAIL - this item was received almost exactly as the listing - except - that the plugs for the castor wheels had already been pushed into place ! Although the parts came wrapped in plastic bags this did not stop them from " rattling around " inside the box ! Consequently, there were several scuff marks on the metal frame which could have been avoided by more thoughtful packing ! The box itself was modestly robust - which - is just as well as it arrived " battle scarred " !

    Whilst the rails arrived quickly and are well packed and clearly brand new, they are not exactly as shown in the images. I did message the seller about this but was fobbed off with "We sell loads of these without any complaints" etc. As I say the product is fine but just not what I ordered and hence the poor feedback.
