The description of this item was false. It stated that it was new and color changing aspect was tested and worked. When it arrived it had a strong odor of mildew (the box, the item, even the postal box). The item lit up but does not change color like it says. I opened the bottom to see if I could fix it and turns out the whole inside is rusted like it was in water. I sent a message to the sellers but never heard back. I now know why they would not accept returns. I am so angry and disappointed.
