Extremely pleased with this purchase as it's multiple hundreds below the price of most other suppliers I've seen and although that made me initially suspicious,amaxzing support and communication I received through the emailing on the eBay app gave me the confidence to make the purchase. The battery purchased even came with the cables included in the price. AMAZING VALUE and Nev was really helpful.

  Items arrived late they were in a damaged condition ...they were wrapped in black plastic which was ripped and the items were damaged...so I sent them back with the delivery driver..contacted the seller and told him I wanted a refund still no refund? 2days later 1 item arrived with no packaging damaged sent that back...the seller said can't give me a refund because it can't be done from his end so what's going on.
