Shoes arrived with insoles removed – not mentioned in description. Seller said no one reads descriptions and I should have seen from photos (this was not obvious from photos!)– or asked questions. Who sells shoes without insoles? Seller said would accept return, but as the buyer I paid postage costs both ways! Not worth the effort! Lesson learned!
