There was a power supply cord missing and a problem with optical port which was handled immediately. They sent me a replacement in less than 48 hours! Unit looked brand new and sound was perfect. The boxes arrived very well packaged and protected. The delivery company beat up one of the boxes pretty bad but the seller protects the equipment extremely well and everything was intact. I highly recommend this seller and will be buying again!!!! Bravo!

Shipping was fast and free! As you can see from the pictures they put the big Klipsch speakers on a pallet and ship via freight. Shipping only took two days and all I had to do was go to my local XPO terminal and pickup the speakers. I can’t recommend this seller enough!! First class service!! Please buy your speakers from here!!
