I purchased a wonderful old glass shade for my mom's Aladdin lamp. I wanted to complete the lamp before she passes as a gift to her in her final years of life. The shade arrived, and upon opening the package we discovered it had been shattered in the shipping process. I immediately contacted the seller, and fortunately he had another and it was promptly sent out after I provided pics of the 1st item. We received it and it is perfect. I am so happy with the item as well as the customer service!
