Hello savvy sustainable shoppers, or at least that what I assume you are as everything I have for sale is preloved or BNWT and chilling in a wardrobe for sometime.

My name is Cheselle and I am a stylist in Cardiff.

As you can see I have 5 sections within my shop these are as follows:

Coco's Vintage Studio - I have been collecting vintage for 10+ years and when I moved into my Mother-in-Law's house to save to buy a house, I had to downsize it all.

Costume's For Sale - I recently acquired some ex theatre costumes and I would love for them to find a new home where they can live the lives they were meant to.

Designing - I work in TV and film within costume and when I style I sell the costumes on to save them sitting somewhere forever.

My Stuff - This is my wardrobe that isn't vintage.

Wardrobe Workshop - Another little job I do is cleanse peoples wardrobes, what they don't want or fit them, I sell on here and once fee's are deducted I transfer them the money.

    Very cross as seller Refunded after 36 hours when they double-sold off the platform to someone who, by the sound, bought after I did. Especially upsetting given the repeat business with them, buying several thousand £'s of stock. But things happen, I trust it will be learnt from. I even increased my offer but was sad to have had no response back at all, only a weak apology. Hope the item is appreciated. Not how I'd like it to have gone & wish the seller the best as they had been kind previously.

    Firstly, you can sell on as many platforms as you want. Someone offered to buy it before "Cup of wonder" and I advised him that if the person did not collect it then he would get first refusal. Person collected, I apologised to him cancelled his order. The delay was due to me being a funeral, which is the weak apology he was referring to. Also this person buys TV and film stock for very little and then resells 4 times the price, so don't be fooled.

    I've sold precisely one outfit I bought from you, a double I didn't need! I am allowed to resell my own things or am I not? This was to simply to help recoup money I'd previously spent, not to make bags of profit as you seem to suggest. Even if a customer is a reseller, what's it got to do with you? Maybe they are better at business? Amazing how there's always an excuse, but your communications back at STS were laboured. You were a lot better than the previous owners, but that's not hard.
