    So quick! So protectively packaged! So new condition as described! (Small suggestion for the seller, and for anybody reading this: Recycling Amazon boxes by repurposing and reshipping them is great! But I suggest turning the box inside out. It's like a whole new clean box, and also with no worries about the old barcodes being inappropriately scanned by the next shipping company.)

    Ordered a VHS tape from the seller and the wrong item was sent. Seller explained got the items mixed. Understandable however receiving a random toy rather than your purchased item makes it seem like the seller had already gotten rid of the originally purchased item and had just sent a toy. Seller did not give option to send the right item but to return the item for a refund. Recommend being cautious with items listed by the seller some may not be really available.

    We reached out to customer and explained the error we also made him aware we offer free returns and refunds which is an option.
