Terrible communication from seller. Never responded to any of my messages between 5/7-5/15 Bought item but found another listing in better condition and cheaper that same day. I requested to cancel and messaged why. They rejected it even tho they hadn't shipped. I sent more messages. 8 days later still hadn't sent the item but I could finally report it hadn't arrived and request a refund on 5/18 They completely ignored me and it took 13 days to get my money back. Never got a single reply

Purchased item 22 Dec. I expected a shipping delay due to the holiday season. As of 14 Jan my purchase was not marked as shipped. I contacted seller and they replied “ I will check on it now”. Waited until 26 Jan to reach out again to seller and see what’s up. I got no response this time and the package was still not marked as shipped. 28 Jan I contacted EBAY for a resolution, they got nothing either and issued a refund for my purchase on 2 Feb.
