The item is not bad quality but the delivery time through Evri was very slow- there are faster options quoted at a higher cost. The outer plastic case arrived damaged and the item was scratched. I was told by the supplier that the scratching happens on the tool shank due to rubbing in transit which has been reported to the OEM. The device works as advertised so I've accepted a discount rather than return for a refund.
