  Excellent quality rug, exactly as described. Packed well and shipped the next day after I ordered it. The fringe is uneven, and I don't see it in the item description, however it is in the picture, and I plan to even it out myself. I understand it's a 30+ year old rug and this being the only imperfection I can find, I'm very happy with the value of my purchase. I'm SO excited to have this gorgeous piece of art in my home.

  Listing claims that his rugs are “freshly dry cleaned“. Pkg was so filled with dust and dirt that it got all over our other rugs/floor. He expressed neither surprise nor apology, reiterating his claim: when we attached photographs (attached here), he suggested we drop by his local storefront to have it “dry cleaned“ (like the first time?!?). Presumably, he hoped we’d buy more merchandise if he got us there. Sounds scammy to me. No thanks!

  We’re sorry to hear this. To clarify, we do **not dry clean** rugs, each one is **professionally hand-washed** by my father, a 40-year expert in antique rugs. We offered **free pickup + re-cleaning** or a **full refund**, with no response. Older rugs can retain some dust despite careful cleaning. The claim that we tried to lure you in to sell more is completely **false, unfair and defamatory**. Our only intention is to resolve this, still more than willing to make this right, please contact us.
