    The wrong item was sent so I emailed the seller….they responded asking for pictures which I sent. I emailed again after a couple of days to receive the same response. I have since emailed another couple of times and they are now not responding. Very bad customer service to an issue that was obviously just a mistake.

    item as described, sent by tracked , however, it didn't get delivered to my house, messaged seller many times to get a description of package etc so i could ask postman if he remembered where he delivered it, despite many messages the seller didn't respond at all. had to report to ebay, don't think seller responded to ebay either as far as i know. fortunately someone from next street brought it around 3 days after delivery date, no thanks or help from the seller though, hence negative feedback.
