About us

The Tuning-Shop Ltd was established in 2008 in Cornwall, as a small family run business specialising in automotive interior products. We have initially run our company from our residential home, over time the business has evolved to a dedicated production site in St Day, Redruth. Originally we started as a reseller of car interior products, such as gear/handbrake gaiters, seat belt pads, armrest covers and gear knobs made from natural leather, alcantara, suede and other materials.

    Excellent product quality, and the best customer service that I’ve had in years. My initial purchase (shifter boot) went astray either in the Royal Mail or the U.S Mail and never arrived. When I contacted The Tuning-Shop to inform them that the package had gone missing, Magda immediately offered to send me a replacement without my even asking her. I thought that was exceptional! She sent the replacement and it arrived promptly. The leather and the stitching are both high quality.

    Nicely made although the wrong fit, I contacted The Tuning-Shop who asked to send it back with, if possible, the original and they would make a new one. Did exactly that and it was delivered to me in about 3days ( exc. weekend). Excellent service.

    Excellent quality item!! The seller posted quickly but the delivery service was poor. I can't blame the seller for this though! The tracking number provided for the item just indicated it was standard untracked delivery and this took over a week from posting!
