  I received a phone call from the uk book warehouse explaining the item I had ordered was unfortunately not available and was offered an alternative. To my surprise the alternative was listed at a higher price but I was given the opportunity to accept it as a means of fulfilling the order and as was mentioned, keeping me the customer happy ,(for the same price ) I’m extremely grateful for the offer which I accepted and cannot thank the seller enough for this extremely generous offer.
