    The watch arrived before the estimated time which was good. Eveything was well packed. The only negative was that the watch does not come with a charger. I messaged the retailer who replied immediately that the charger is not included. Perhaps this should be made clearer on the website? Luckily my husband had a charger I could use. Suppose for the price it was optimistic to expect a charger included !!

    Item arrived in 3 pieces, wouldn’t turn on, and no details of any charger, or how it was to work, or even how it turned on, Seller accepted return, but wouldn’t issue a returns label, contacted them nearly every day asking for label, but after a month still no contact. Dreadful customer service, very disappointed in lack of contact. Seems other customers have had same issue with the item, and also the seller….😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳

    The item never arrived I contacted the seller many times they said the would send another item it never arrived I tried contacting them and they were very rude eBay stepped in and got my money refunded please do not buy from this seller there customer service and attitude is appealing buyer beware....

    Absolutely not true. The item was lost by Royal Mail and we refunded the buyer in full ourselves. We do not have control over the items that Royal Mail loses and we offered a replacement
