    Dreadful return experience and poor customer service. I need to return one item and I will pay for postage. No response from the seller and when the time limit lapsed I received a postage label (at my cost) with incorrect weight (which will incur a penalty charge). Contacted seller about the issue, no response. I had to contact eBay customer to remove that label so I could repurchase a correct label to send the item back. 4 days later I got a useless response from the seller and no refund yet.
