    These items were exactly as described in the listing. I'm giving this seller 5 stars. The package arrived damaged after a week-long delay due to it being rerouted to a distribution center a long way away from my home (NOT the seller's fault.) It finally arrived yesterday. Fortunately, the items in the package were undamaged and in pristine condition. It was a good purchase, but the USPS sucks so much. Great seller though. Thanks.

    I LOVE this jewelry box!! It is in excellent, almost new condition! It was securely packaged and arrived very quickly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER. My only caveat (which is NOT the seller's fault) is that FEDEX left this big box on a woodpile outside of my shop and it was very heavy for me to carry. I struggled with it. Word of advice to the seller: Ask your buyer if they have any special delivery instructions for FEDEX BEFORE shipping. I, as the buyer, am unable to add instructions. A++++

    Unfortunately one of the pillars was broken during shipment even though they were packaged really well. The seller immediately responded to my message regarding the damage and within minutes had issued a refund. Sad that this happened but extremely please with the seller's prompt response and resolution. Would definitely buy from this seller again.
