I am leaving positive because you recognized you made and error and rectified. But your customer service is definitely lack luster if you screw up. No one ever tampered with the package and if most certainly was closed by one strip of tape over the box .i could Stick my arm inside without opening , that is why the package came empty. It’s probably chilling in a mail Truck somewhere. Try being more friendly and accepting when mistakes happen and not blame the buyer. It’s not always them.
