Terrible experience with this seller. I paid for express postage which I didn't get. Although the seller refunded the express postage costs straight away the item arrived way too late. I retuned the item and as yet have not had a refund, despite being told by seller it would be done straight away. Seller communication poor as they just keep apologising without actually doing anything to help. Useless!

I have refunded you. it just takes a little time for ebay to process the refund. I have been apologetic and refunded you, keeping you into the loop the whole way through. I think this is very unfair. You can see from my feedback that I never get negative feedback,, This feedback is reflection on the customer rather than the seller. Thanks for your feedback.
