  Initially there seemed to be a problem with delivery with the courier, when I sent an e mail to the seller they responded straight away and explained the reason. Excellent communication !   Arrived safely, well packed, as described. Slightly weird design in that the hanging loop is not lined up with the back of the pieces making them hang poorly unless you can use a long enough nail, but that's not the seller's fault. Seller was flawless, thank you.

  After my order arrived it was complete damage by the delivery service. I contacted the supplier who has arranged for the damaged one to be collected and a replacement to be delivered at the same time.   Many apologies that this arrived damaged, it was packaged extremely carefully with a lot of extra protection. We have now taken them off as we cannot trust couriers with this item. We will arrange collection and refund - it would have been nice to allow us to do this before leaving negative feedback. Thank you

The seller went way way over backwards to help me with this. shipping from England on the other side of the Earth from Europe to a small island in the Pacific.  we waited patiently for it to arrive. because of their wonderful ability to expedite, it arrived very quickly.
