    The seller is a fast shipper, the item (a wood bull sculpture) was well described and carefully packed. However, I have informed the shipper that USPS handled the package box very roughly, it arrived damaged outside with its sealing tape almost wripped. The item was also damaged but I decided to fix it and keep it. Once again USPS has handled this shipment like a football in a tournament and they are the ones to be held responsible for their lack of both care and professionalism.

    My issue is not with this seller. It was with USPS., My item left CA/west coast on Mar 8, made it all the way to the east coast/NJ Mar 13 and went back to the west coast to San Francisco Mar 17 before coming back to VA. Makes absolutely no since what so every. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me with EBAY

The device worked perfect without any problems at all, and everything that was listed were listed inside the carry case. The packaging was sealed and bubble wrapped carefully. The price paid for the camcorder was really surprising considering how well kept it was by the seller.
