The quality of the Take Up Reels is sublime, you will be very hard pressed to tell these from the originals (that have not been in production for close to 30 years now)

Item is fine. Despatched promptly and received as described. Thanks! I wasn't impressed by Royal Mail though. I rearranged the delivery date (to ensure I was in) which RM acknowledged by email. However they delivered on the original date anyway, and left the package by my front door step in view of the street. They notified me they had left it in my 'Safeplace: Enclosed Porch'. I don't have a designated safeplace or a porch!! Luckily my neighbour took it in for me. I have given feedback to RM.

I have had a look into this and can see by the photo taken this was indeed left secure and not on your doorstep. If i was walking past your house i would not have spotted it as it was tucked into the wall away from the door. It is plain to see where this was when checking the tracking photo. Feedback of this nature should just be sent to Royal Mail not me, the product is what i sold to you & feedback should be for just that. RM is a courier we use & that is all
