Absolutely shocking and terrible postage says it was posted with DHL GERMANY gave me the wrong tracking number. Rang them the guy just didn’t care tried to contact them MULTIPLE times they’ve just left me on read.. they’ve a very I don’t care personality.. wil definitely not ever order off these bunch of hooligans ever again

We are unclear as to why the order has came through as DHL Germany as we actually post through DPD UK. We tried to contact you regarding this matter on two occassions via telephone but got no answer. The parcel was delivered within the time frame promised. You did query about us lowering the cost of postage, as to which we could not fulfill your request as this is the standard rate of postage across all of our platforms.
